A cosy, kiwi camping ground, Possum Lodge is a traditional camping ground the way they used to be, filled with loads of character on the edge of Lake Manapouri.

A delightful eight minute walk will lead you to Pearl Harbour, the Doubtful Sound cruises departure point. Close and convenient to a number of NZ’s Great Walks. Explore the beautiful scenery of the nearby Kepler Track, Milford Track and the Routeburn Track. Manapouri’s circle track has a stunning birds’ eye view of the lake.

Enjoy a cruise on Milford Sound, an enjoyable two hour drive from Manapouri. Local cafes, restaurants and a post office are a short walk from Possum Lodge.
